What do I get on the Free plan?
The Free plan covers your public event website, 3D invitation cards, email invitations, RSVP tracking, guest list and parties, wedding checklist, day-of schedule, collaborators, song and playlist requests, and unlimited guests. Forever, no card required. Wyro branding stays on the public site, and hosting runs for 12 months. Upgrade to Essentials (one-time per event) for the website editor, custom RSVP questions, AI planning assistant, seating chart, vendor and budget tools, bulk email, CSV exports, removed branding, and 24 months of hosting. What is the difference between Essentials and Premium?
Essentials adds the website editor with password protection, save-the-dates, the email template builder, bulk email, RSVP custom questions, CSV exports, removed Wyro branding, short links, per-guest QR codes, the AI planning assistant, seating chart, budget tracker, vendor management, and 24 months of hosting. Premium includes everything in Essentials plus SMS invitations with 500 credits, multi-day per-event RSVP, a custom domain, and lifetime hosting.
Is it a subscription or a one-time fee?
One-time, per event. Free hosts your site for 12 months, Essentials for 24 months, and Premium hosts forever. No recurring charges, no card on file.
Can I use Wyro for events other than weddings?
Yes. Wyro works for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and parties. The block-based site builder and RSVP tools adapt to any event type.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests RSVP, view details, and share photos directly from your event website. No downloads, no accounts.
Can I send SMS invitations?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Premium includes 500 SMS credits and you can top up an additional 250 messages for $19 whenever you need more. SMS invites include per-guest links to a personalised invitation page with RSVP and password-protected event site access.
Can I collaborate with a partner or planner?
Yes. You can invite collaborators to edit the event, manage guests, and track RSVPs on any plan.
