What do I get on the Free plan?
Free is a complete design studio: build your public event website, design your 3D invitation card, set up your guest list and parties, build your RSVP form, plan with the wedding checklist and day-of schedule, add your own playlist, and preview the whole thing — free forever, no card required. When you are ready to go live, Essentials (one-time per event) lets you publish your website, send email invitations and save-the-dates, and collect RSVPs and guest song requests — and unlocks removed Wyro branding, custom RSVP questions, the AI planning assistant, seating chart, vendor and budget tools, bulk email, CSV exports, and 24 months of hosting. What is the difference between Essentials and Premium?
Essentials is everything you need to go live and collect: publish your public website, send email invitations and save-the-dates, and collect RSVPs and song requests — plus password protection, the email template builder, bulk email, custom RSVP questions, CSV exports, removed Wyro branding, short links, per-guest QR codes, the AI planning assistant, seating chart, budget tracker, vendor management, and 24 months of hosting. Is it a subscription or a one-time fee?
One-time, per event. Free is free forever to design and preview. Essentials publishes and hosts your live site for 24 months, and Premium hosts forever. No recurring charges, no card on file.
Can I use Wyro for events other than weddings?
Yes. Wyro works for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and parties. The block-based site builder and RSVP tools adapt to any event type.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests RSVP, view details, and share photos directly from your event website. No downloads, no accounts.
Can I send SMS invitations?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Premium includes 500 SMS credits and you can top up an additional 250 messages for $19 whenever you need more. SMS invites include per-guest links to a personalised invitation page with RSVP and password-protected event site access.
Can I collaborate with a partner or planner?
Yes. You can invite collaborators to edit the event, manage guests, and track RSVPs on any plan.
